These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the AMO Automotive online store available at https://www.amoautomotive.com/ (the “Website”).
By placing an order through the Website, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

AMO Automotive (“AMO”, “we”, “us” or “our”) operates an online store offering automotive products, including aluminium rim protectors and related products.

2. Products
AMO Automotive offers aluminium rim protection products in different colours, including:
- Black
- Blue
- Red
- Silver
Product availability, colours, specifications and prices are displayed on the Website and may change from time to time.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs and other information on the Website are accurate. Minor differences in colour, appearance or finish may occur due to screen settings, lighting, photography or manufacturing variations.
Our aluminium rim protectors are designed to fit most standard rim types. However, compatibility may vary depending on the specific wheel, rim design, finish, condition and dimensions.
Customers are responsible for checking that the product is suitable for their vehicle and wheels before installation.
3. Intended Use
The AMO rim protectors are intended to provide an additional protective and aesthetic layer to compatible vehicle wheels and to help protect the outer edge of the wheel against minor contact and scratches.
The product does not guarantee that wheels will be protected against all forms of damage.
The product is not designed to prevent damage caused by severe impacts, collisions, potholes, kerbs or other substantial impacts.
Customers should always drive responsibly and take reasonable care of their vehicle and wheels.
4. Installation
The rim protectors are designed for relatively simple installation.
The product is supplied with 3M automotive adhesive tape.
For optimal adhesion, the rim must be:
- clean;
- completely dry;
- free from grease, oil, wax and other contaminants.
The customer should carefully follow the installation instructions supplied with the product and/or provided on the Website.
Failure to properly prepare the surface or install the product may reduce adhesion and may result in the product becoming loose or detached.
AMO Automotive cannot guarantee identical adhesive performance on every type of wheel or surface.
5. Adhesive and Environmental Conditions
The supplied 3M automotive tape is designed for strong adhesion to suitable smooth and clean surfaces.
Adhesive performance may vary depending on the condition and material of the rim, surface contamination, temperature, installation technique, cleaning products and environmental conditions.
Customers should ensure that installation takes place under suitable conditions and in accordance with the installation instructions.
6. Removal
The rim protectors are designed to be removable.
Care should be taken when removing the product in order to avoid damage to the wheel, its finish or surrounding components.
Where necessary, appropriate heat may be used to assist removal, provided this is done safely and appropriately.
Although the product is designed to be removable, AMO Automotive cannot guarantee that removal will cause no damage to every type of wheel, coating, paint, finish or previously repaired surface.
7. Prices
All prices displayed on the Website are stated in euros (€), unless otherwise indicated.
The price applicable to an order is the price displayed at the time the order is placed.
Prices may be changed at any time. A price change does not affect an order that has already been accepted by AMO Automotive.
Any applicable delivery costs will be displayed during the ordering process.
8. Orders
Customers may place an order by following the ordering process available on the Website.
After placing an order, the customer will receive an order confirmation where applicable.
An order becomes binding once it has been accepted by AMO Automotive, subject to applicable consumer law.
AMO Automotive reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where there are reasonable grounds to do so, including in cases of:
- obvious pricing or product errors;
- suspected fraud or misuse;
- unavailable products;
- technical or administrative errors;
- circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded.
9. Payment
Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods made available through the Website.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate payment and billing information.
If payment is unsuccessful, AMO Automotive may suspend or cancel the order until successful payment has been received.
10. Delivery
AMO Automotive offers shipping to the countries and regions made available through the Website.
The Website currently supports shopping regions including Belgium, France, Germany, the Netherlands and Spain.
Shipping offers and delivery conditions are displayed during the ordering process.
Where the Website states that shipping is free, no standard shipping charge will be added to the applicable order.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping provider, product availability and circumstances outside AMO Automotive’s reasonable control.
Any delivery estimate provided by AMO Automotive is an estimate unless a specific delivery date has expressly been agreed.
AMO Automotive is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, incorrect customer information, force majeure or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
11. Risk During Delivery
For consumer purchases, the risk of loss or damage to the product generally remains with AMO Automotive until the product has been delivered to the consumer or to a third party designated by the consumer, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Customers should contact AMO Automotive as soon as reasonably possible if a package arrives visibly damaged.
12. Right of Withdrawal – Consumers
If you are a consumer purchasing a product online, you generally have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
The withdrawal period normally begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, receive the product.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform AMO Automotive of your decision before the withdrawal period expires.

The product must then be returned in accordance with the return instructions provided by AMO Automotive.
13. Returns and Refunds
AMO Automotive offers returns in accordance with the return policy displayed on the Website and applicable law.
Returned products should be sent back using the return instructions provided by AMO Automotive.
Where a valid statutory withdrawal applies, AMO Automotive will refund payments received from the consumer in accordance with applicable law.
The refund may, where legally permitted, be withheld until AMO Automotive has received the returned product or the customer has provided evidence that the product has been returned.
Where permitted by applicable law, the customer may be responsible for direct return shipping costs.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any mandatory consumer rights concerning returns or refunds.
14. Product Condition Upon Return
Customers are expected to handle products with reasonable care during the withdrawal period.
A consumer may be liable for diminished value resulting from handling the product beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Products should preferably be returned with their original packaging and accessories where reasonably possible.
This does not affect any mandatory statutory consumer rights.
15. Faulty or Damaged Products
If a product arrives damaged, defective or does not conform to the purchase agreement, the customer should contact AMO Automotive as soon as reasonably possible.
Please provide relevant information such as:
- order number;
- description of the issue;
- photographs or videos where appropriate;
- photographs of the product and packaging where relevant.
AMO Automotive will assess the complaint and, where appropriate, offer a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy in accordance with applicable law.
16. Legal Guarantee and Conformity
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits statutory consumer rights.
Consumers are entitled to receive products that conform to the purchase agreement and meet the requirements imposed by mandatory applicable law.
Any commercial warranty offered by AMO Automotive is additional to, and does not replace or reduce, the consumer’s statutory rights.
17. Product Compatibility
AMO Automotive states that its aluminium rim protectors fit most standard rim types.
However, not every wheel is necessarily compatible.
The customer is responsible for checking the suitability of the product for the specific wheels before installation.
AMO Automotive cannot accept responsibility for incompatibility resulting from unusual wheel designs, damaged wheels, heavily curved surfaces, unsuitable finishes, previous repairs, contamination or other conditions that prevent proper adhesion or installation, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If you are unsure whether your wheels are suitable, you should contact AMO Automotive before installation.
18. Damage to Wheels or Vehicles
The product is intended to provide additional protection to compatible wheels.
However, AMO Automotive cannot guarantee that installation, use or removal will prevent all damage to a wheel or vehicle.
Damage may occur as a result of, among other things:
- incorrect installation;
- installation on an unsuitable surface;
- failure to properly clean or dry the wheel;
- damaged or previously repaired wheels;
- incorrect removal;
- excessive impact;
- accidents;
- improper use;
- failure to follow installation instructions.
To the extent permitted by mandatory applicable law, AMO Automotive is not responsible for damage caused by circumstances attributable to the customer’s installation, use or removal of the product.
19. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Subject to the foregoing, AMO Automotive shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits liability for matters that cannot legally be limited or excluded, including mandatory consumer rights and any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
20. Force Majeure
AMO Automotive shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include:
- natural disasters;
- war;
- government measures;
- strikes;
- transport disruptions;
- supply chain disruptions;
- technical failures;
- payment-provider failures;
- pandemics;
- shortages of materials;
- carrier delays.
If such circumstances continue for an extended period, AMO Automotive may take reasonable measures permitted by law, including cancelling an affected order and refunding payments where required.
21. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including but not limited to:
- logos;
- photographs;
- product images;
- videos;
- text;
- graphics;
- designs;
- trademarks;
- product descriptions;
is owned by or licensed to AMO Automotive unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or commercially exploited without prior written permission, except where permitted by mandatory law.
22. Website Information
AMO Automotive makes reasonable efforts to keep the information on the Website accurate and up to date.
However, typographical errors, technical errors, temporary unavailability or inaccuracies may occasionally occur.
AMO Automotive reserves the right to correct errors and update Website information where necessary.

The version applicable to an order is the version that was available and applicable at the time the order was placed, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

26. Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, except where mandatory consumer protection rules of the consumer’s country of residence apply.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms & Conditions deprives you of mandatory rights granted to you under the laws applicable to your consumer relationship with AMO Automotive.
27. Dispute Resolution
AMO Automotive encourages customers to contact us directly first in order to resolve any dispute amicably.
Consumers may also have access to mandatory or voluntary alternative dispute resolution procedures available under applicable law.
Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights available to consumers.
